Be lovingly held and nourished in this online soothing, healing, restorative body-mind-spirit experience to nourish your process of deep relaxation and spacious awareness. This is a 4-day 10-hour immersive retreat experience. 11- 14 June We will start with a nourishing Thurs evening session and continue for a morning and evening session on Fri and Sat and end with a Sun morning session to integrate and galvanize the learnings going forward to embody more daily healing nourishment for you. You will be guided in a compassionate environment by two kind, skilled and seasoned facilitators who genuinely care about your wellbeing and are experienced in the art of relaxation immersive experiences. Aleksandra from @happystanceyoga  therapy is collaborating with @redlotusretreats to create a healing space to nourish your whole being.
